Job requirements:

• A qualified CA or CPA with more than 15 years of experience, minimum 5 years in management position
• University degree in Accounting and/or Business Management.
• Demonstrated track record in leading a finance function.
• Experience in working in a medium to large charity will be a plus.
• Excellent engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and through a matrix management structure.
• Highly organized with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Charity Accounting Standards, and other relevant statutory regulations.

The role will provide support to the Head of Finance Consulting STG APAC in relation to leading and developing the origination, sale and delivery of finance consulting services to new and existing Insurance clients in APAC.
