We are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising & Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Job Description

• Manage and work on the creatives using Canva.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the audience.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing organisation's presence on social media
• Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc. to increase awareness
• Prepare online newsletters, social media post, and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Management of special highlights which to bring in the right audience.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
• Preparation of marketing plan
• Designing and conceptualising sponsorship kits

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in investment projects and managing various project activities not limited to coordinating, reviewing, preparing of reports/documents.
• Support in data analysis and market research.
• Provide support in organisation of management meetings, taking meeting minutes and maintain proper filing of meeting documentations.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis or related discipline.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data collection methods to support business strategy development.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software is an advantage.
• Experience in organizing and supporting management meetings, including taking accurate meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) will be preferred to effectively communicate with stakeholders, partners, and team members across different regions.
