SUPERVISORY & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain systems and methods of operation necessary for the Stewarding Department to supply all outlets and production areas with clean, correct, hygienic, and timely mise-en-place whilst minimizing cost through breakage, loss, or excessive chemical consumption and appropriate staff levels.

• Control of all permanent stewarding personnel and casual labour to correct employment procedures and payment of staff. Responsible to prepare staff duty roster on weekly basis and replace/cover staff on public holiday and annual leave.

• Communicate information via team briefing regularly.

• Report all matters of concern to other departments. Ensure all staff are conversant with and adhere to all fire, health, and safety procedures.

• Maintain the stewarding store and organize it in an orderly manner including cleanliness and sanitation at all times.

• Create and maintain a productive work environment by appropriate Management control of Human Resources.

• Be responsible for the administration of the hotel’s disciplinary and grievance procedures within the department.

• Liaise with outlets and production Managers to discuss and establish requirements and solve operational problems.

• Liaise with Engineering to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.

• Ensure all procedures, methods, and standards within the department fall within the NEA requirements.

• Be responsible for and accountable for the departmental operating equipment budget.

• Find ways to improve the efficiency of the operations that will benefit our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees finance processes and systems, ensuring their deployment, adoption, and maintenance. Finance processes can include one or more areas including (Procurement, AP , Pricing, Invoicing, AR, GL, Tax, Bank & Payment, Controlling, Consolidation).
• Manage key systems Infor M3 and Workday along with other business systems of company including procurement systems, treasury management system, consolidation, and reporting system.
• Provide users an efficient assistance in case of incidents.
• Help promote adoption of IT systems ‘solutions.
• Keep up with finance and IT trends and the continual evolution of business's needs, and systems’ new releases.
• Maintain and provide a streamline solution to company's requirements.
• Ensure the complete and secure integration of systems and functionalities between them.
• Ensure the quality of data and its reconciliation between systems.
• Support data governance.
• Collaborate closely with users, IT experts, and integrators to provide efficient assistance, ensure user adoption, and maintain data integrity and system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 5 years ‘finance work experiences in Procurement processes and AP
• Project Management experience in implementation of new financial systems.
• Good practical experiences with Workday (workbook, configuration, interface management) with strong skills in Workday Reporting
• Experience with Infor M3 and BI tool , i.e Cognos and Qlik Sense is advantageous.
• Process design experiences with strong problem framing and analytical skills
• Excellent skills in solution maintenance and TMA
