• Minimum 6 years’ experience in full spectrum of Finance and Accounting experience including MAS reporting
• Good working experience in data statistics, data analytics, accounting report management and financial analysis
• Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese due to reporting to China Head Office & colleagues
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Words

Job Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service
• Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers and clear tables
• Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high service standards
• Assist OM in scheduling and rostering of service staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the outlet & management team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
• Responsible, customer-driven, committed and willing to learn
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• 7-10 hours work per day
• 6 days per week
• Rostered between 7am to 9pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter and provide them with drink menus, answering any questions regarding ingredients and beverage options.
• Serve prepared food items, such as cookies, pastries, and muffins, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take customer orders accurately, paying attention to individual preferences regarding coffee blends, dairy, and sugar ratios.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational.
• Keep track of inventory, ensuring that clean mugs, plates, and other necessary items are always available.
