M&E Site Engineer / Manager – Basic Salary up to $6,000 per month. 5.5 day week. Pandan Road. Full Time - Singaporeans only

· Oversees client & contractor coordination, attending to their needs

· In charge of ensuring that the clients’ specifications are met and make technical drawings

· Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications

· Perform design layouts of new or existing space including drawing sketches and incorporate them into CAD file

· Adhere to specific deadlines and deliver high-quality plans

· Work on projects with little to no oversight and review from management

· This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature).

Candidate’s Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent

• Able to comprehend schematic/Technical drawing

Working Period:

- Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

- Saturday – 8am to 12pm

Basic Salary:

Project Engineer - $2,500 to $4,500 per month

Project Manager - $4,500 to $6,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Lead in project coordination, supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning in Electrical Services
• Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result and follow-up with suppliers / vendors.
• Preparation of design construction drawings
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years working experiences in similar position with relevant design and installation knowledge or understand the full spectrum of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Electrical Services will be added advantage

Job Description

· Commissioning of AGV at customer sites which includes on-site user acceptance tests.

· Ensure the performance and reliability of the fleet of AGVs, network and customer site infrastructure.

· Provide high level troubleshooting to resolve issues that are beyond the capabilities of our first level support services from field technicians.

· Monitor the health and operations of the fleet of AGVs and proactively engage to resolve faults before they impact customer operations.

· Respond and provide technical guidance to customers regarding operational issues, software updates and general maintenance.

· Maintain up-to-date records of AGV and site configurations. This includes software and hardware configurations

· Communicate and collaborate with our global engineering teams

· Contribute to the development of instrumentation and automation for monitoring, detection, and self-healing of failures.

· Contribute to the creation of user manuals, customer guides, FAQs, application notes and best practices.

· Contribute to the design and creation of AGV missions using the company's proprietary mission description language.

· Provide on pre-sales technical assessments

· Infrastructure includes reflective markers and networking equipment.

· Participate in Proof of Concept (demonstrations) with demo AGVs.

· Ensure strong relationships with all customer representatives.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Diploma with experience in a technical field (including EE, ME, CS, Robotics).

· 3 years of relevant (customer facing) experience.

· Must be able to focus and drive issues to closure in a fast-paced, agile environment.

· Strong communication and people skills. Customer-centric mindset. Willingness to go above and beyond to keep customers happy.

· Experience with Linux (ideally Ubuntu) administration, tools and Bash/Python scripting.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve device and system-level problems in Linux.

· Experience with firewalls, VPN and network security technologies

· Working knowledge of SSH, DNS and other network protocols

· Willingness to troubleshoot electro-mechanical components.

· Willingness to work within established systems and product results that either prevent problems from recurring or enable others to solve them more easily in the future.

· Experience with ROS command line and graphical tools (preferred).

Basic Functions

The senior project engineer will be responsible in the planning and execution of all local UPS related installation projects. He will provide the support to the sales and service team and advise on project feasibility study, cost estimation and manage submittals for approval upon order.

Specific Responsibilities

• Execute the project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule.
• Generate the schedule plan to monitor for respective functions responsibilities and project executions milestones.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of the project.
• Coordinate and Lead the Site Acceptance Test with customer and ensure all documentations are agreed and endorsed for delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate the on-site testing and ensured smooth transition to the aftermarket team.

• Involve in project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution team to generate project cost estimation in term of project management activities.
• Submit a monthly report on the project status to highlight key issue or concern relating to the project delivery.
• Provide engineering support on 3rdparty product and drawings for submittals purpose.
• Liaise with 3rd party contractors on project execution and implementation matters.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the engineers on execution of projects.
• Takes full leadership of the project management duties and ensures all key milestones are met within the schedule
• Chairs the bi-weekly meeting with respective departments to update and track the project status
• Participate in continuous improvement project.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience; or
