JOB SUMMARY:

Perform Line Maintenance work on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure the serviceability and functionality of the system to ensure passenger experience is not affected. Carry out systems troubleshooting using PL 500 / PL 1500 / PL 2000 / PL 3000 / PL 3500, electronic theories, and test equipment. Remove and replace Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), Seat End, Head End in accordance with the Authority Regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with the maintenance actions performed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:

• Performing maintenance tasks, which include component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and its certification, which includes but is not limited to removing and replacing components in accordance with all applicable documentation (AMM).
• Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), head-end, seat-end, cabling, harnesses, or any other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
• Perform Cabin Sweep in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and revert findings.
• Perform Built-in test equipment (BITE) and manual test.
• Assist Software and Media Loading.
• Assist MAFs
• Clean components and equipment racks if applicable in accordance with Maintenance Service Agreement.
• Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements
• Ensure timely escalation and coordination and be in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor for any issues encountered when performing the assigned task at the aircraft.
• Perform work in accordance with SAR 145 requirements and ensure safety is the utmost priority.
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the Lead or Supervisor.

Administrative:

• Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, and toolbox inventory.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety.
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have at least a Higher Nitec /ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering/ Electronics Technology/ Aerospace Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. 1-year experience on the Panasonic IFEC systems.
4. Must have worked on aircraft in the last 2 years.
5. Must hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving company’s safety and health programs and procedures to ensure personnel and plant wide Health and Safety. The Senior Manager, Material Review Board (MRB) will work directly with the Aerostructures Global MRB manager to ensure best practices are developed and deployed across the Value Streams and Manufacturing sites. You will provide expertise between the organization and both internal/external customers to ensure their requirements and expectations are satisfied. You will be responsible for driving the deployment of strategic MRB initiatives across the Aerostructures organization, by collaborating with leaders across all Asian and European sites and value streams. Job purpose:

The Product Service Technician will work through tasks for specific product line scopes in the form of job cards. Tasks include cleaning, disassembly, servicing, greasing, assembly, and function testing, of mechanical and electrical systems on a marine craft. This includes diesel engines hydraulic, and networked systems. Some degree of fault finding, reporting of progress, and defects will be expected using an extensive range of engineering and operational skills/methodology.

Once the maintenance scope is completed craft will be returned to an operational state to the customer whilst another cycle kicks off.
