- Develop and arrange training materials, meeting and courses

- Actively tracking and reporting on available grants issued by the government

·Overall, in-charge for the effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost and quality.

· Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

· Oversee each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.

· Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources

· Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

· Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

· Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals

· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

· Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

· Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

· Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

· Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

· Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Job Description

You will provide patient care activities and patient education of complex cases in the area of specialty.
This includes providing leadership to a team of senior staff nurses and below to meet effective, cost-efficient high quality patient care during her assigned shift.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognised by Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 8 years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

* Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and partners for business growth and retention

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and customer experience

* Support and contribute to new product development, product innovations and market research

* Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of plans with clients and partners

* Ensures business handled is in line with the Company’s underwriting guidelines, credit control and service standards

* Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role

* Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least 3 years of relevant working experience in partnership development, marketing, or distribution of insurance, banking, financial services

* Experience in managing insurance programs, affinity products or service programs

* Tertiary / Diploma qualification

* Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/CGI) and Cert HI

* Advanced digital acumen / literacy
