Your contributions to our joint success:

• Adept at building and developing marketing partnerships with external stakeholders and identify good marketing and editorial opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
• Responsible for all media bookings, productions and advertisement submissions to the respective media owners and/or agencies.
• Liaise and work closely with external agencies to ensure that all media channels and activities are within the approved marketing budget.
• Ensure that content of all marketing campaigns and collaterals are accurately communicated to operations.
• Manage website information, marketing email account and all social media accounts and devise effective online strategies that uniquely positions, distinct brand values and create top of mind recall.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all digital campaigns, including eDMs and all other online marketing channels or platforms, recommend improvements as required.
• Responsible for planning and execution of all events and/or roadshows, including the preparation of emcee script, liaison with emcee and coordination with instructors.
• Adept in google analytics or create and maintain an analytics platform/ system to monitor, manage and enhance/increase social media presence.
• Strong in copywriting, vetting of artworks and ensure timely advertising.

Assist the supervisor & Clinical Educator Lead (CEL) to support the operations of the office so as to provide the best learning environment and quality clinical education for pre-employment clinical training in KTPH.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC
Support the supervisor & Clinical Educator Lead (CEL) in overseeing the process of the activities in the Education Development Office. This involves:

• Provide administrative support on students clinical placements, funding, evaluation and audit matters
• Support in pre-employment clinical training matters such as orientation, rosters/timetable, collation of students' feedback, appointments of clinical educators, preparation and running of exams etc.
• Ensure all necessary evaluation takes place & submit in a timely manner
• Provide secretariat support for meetings with program stakeholders
• Assume the role as the point of contact for students and clinical educators
• Coordinate department and hospital wide faculty development activities and other training courses for the department

FamilyNexus @ Our Tampines Hub (FamNex@OTH) is a one‐stop wellness hub to integrate health and social services for families. It will host self-help resources for families, consultation rooms for health and social services, as well as activity spaces for conducting group activities for children, couples and families.

You will be based at FamNex@OTH and play a key role in engaging families and caregivers residing in the eastern region and connect them to FamNex@OTH’s services/activities/resources to support their health and social care needs. You will also be responsible for providing efficient and effective integrated person-centred health and social care, encouraging residents towards healthy lifestyle changes, as well as ensuring residents’ care is coordinated and delivered. This includes maintaining updated documentation of care plans, post-intervention follow-ups, and engagements with residents and/or caregivers.

As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales and marketing efforts. You will assist in managing our eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will spend 70% of your time on creative operations, 30% on data analytics across 3 brands across SEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing Management:

• Assist in creating briefs for new product launches images, product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. Platform Management:

• Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.
