About the Role:

A Day in the Life

Position title : Senior Architect

Working Location: Chinatown

Working Days: 5-day work from Monday to Friday

Working hours : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Salary : $6000-8000

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead and oversee the project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects while meeting client and authority specifications.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, from initial design phases through to project finalization.
• Drive ongoing improvements in architectural services by thoroughly evaluating existing workflow practices alongside management.
• Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster lasting partnerships.
• Provide assistance in securing new business ventures.
• Offer guidance and supervision for the training and professional growth of team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience as a project architect.
• Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies like the Board of Architects (BOA).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from conception to construction completion.
• Experience in both private and public residential projects within Singapore.

Account Receivable

Basic Salary - 3000

Working location – Novena

Working Hours –5 days, 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customers.
• Process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments, ensuring they are accurately recorded and allocated.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Generate and send out statements of accounts to customers on a regular basis.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve complex billing issues and disputes.
• Assist in developing and implementing collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts receivable.
• Liaise with external auditors as needed to provide documentation and clarify accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable, including accruals and account reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and resolving payment issues.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing:Verify and process invoices for goods and services.
   Ensure invoices are accurate and approved.
2. Payment Processing:Prepare and process payments (electronic transfers, checks).
   Ensure timely vendor payments.
3. Reconciliation:Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
   Resolve discrepancies.
4. Expense Reports:Review and process employee expense reports.
   Ensure compliance with policies.
5. Vendor Management:Maintain vendor files and payment terms.
   Communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
6. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
   Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits.
7. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
   Organize and file financial documents.
8. Financial Analysis:Assist in month-end closing.
   Monitor and report on accounts payable aging.
9. Process Improvement:Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
   Update accounts payable procedures.
10. Support and Collaboration:Work with the finance team and other departments.
    Assist in special projects and tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical transfer of products/projects in assembly, testing, and customer interactions.
• Offer technical support for manufacturing and testing during product builds.
• Assist QC with technical support in resolving RMA issues.
• Support QA in compliance, regulatory matters, customer interactions, and audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering and above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Skilled in managing product/project manufacturing, transfers, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing for products/projects.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment with ISO13485 and FDA standards.

Job Scope:

Requirements:

• Safety & Health related trainings
• Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO), Chemical process industry experience; not suitable: Construction no need to send
• ISO 9001 and 14001 best to have.
• Fuji Oil is a MHI company - high risk highly reactive chemical, comfortable with it
• Possess Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate is an advantage
• Computer software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Preferably 2-3 years working experience in a process manufacturing industry
