Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.

Talent Acquisition:

• Oversee the creation of job descriptions and ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals and values.

Employee Engagement

Qualifications:

• Any HR or business-related certificate or diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement
• Proven track record of managing complex recruitment processes and enhancing employee engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems and recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs

Key Responsibilities
