Beautician duties and responsibilities

A Beautician identifies and takes care of the cosmetic needs of customers in different ways. They ensure that customers walk out of the door looking good and feeling confident. Typical Beautician key duties and responsibilities include:

Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments over the phone

Receiving and greeting walk-in customers on arrival

Providing skincare guidelines to customers

Providing deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head and Swedish massage

Cleaning and sterilising beauty treatment equipment

Performing brow tinting, manicures and nail extensions

Keeping track of lotions, nail polishes, facial creams, and other beauty products

Recognising problems and referring customers to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, chiropractors and physiotherapists or other medical practitioners

Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and young executive to manage the office and support the operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the CEO or a Senior Executive designated by the CEO;
• Manage the Office and liasie with external service providers such as the accounting firm, the office cleaner and delivery and transport companies
• Arrange meetings for the CEO and take minutes of weekly meeting
• Keep track of leave application of staff
• Support the Production and Tech Support to obtain quotations, produce and delivery of robots
• Arrange for travels of staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Office Management or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in office management and/or sales support role;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Willing to learn and work hard.

Working hours:

- 2 to 3 weekdays per week

- 4 hours shift

- $12 to $15 per hour
