Mission:

The HR Manager will play a fundamental  role in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting the Head of HR in delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention and development. * Responsible to analyze, review and approve customer ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and Implement ECO for

Engineering related.

* Responsible to develop and maintain (review and approve) Bill of Material, Work Instructions and Validation / Verification

protocol & report etc.

* Responsible to provide training to production personnel on Work Instructions.

* Attend Line quality issues and trouble shoot Engineering related issues.

* Responsible to review and approve Incident Reports, if any.

* Maintain Consigned/In-house Tooling, Jig and Fixtures and conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance) and repair support as
