The Business Execution Senior Lead is directly accountable for management of critical projects and initiatives for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business in Asia South. The role requires an understanding of multiple areas within TTS business and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the business. A good understanding of the industry, competition product and services will be helpful to contribute to the objectives of the business. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. • The incumbent will be responsible for multiple aspects of TTS business for the cluster, development, and implementation of business process improvements.

Role Overview

This role specifically focuses on growing livelihood opportunities for our artists with disabilities, mainly through the sale of their artwork merchandise, artwork license and commissioned work opportunities.

The sales channels include various public pop-up events e.g. Boutiques Fair, Clay Fest Market, and you would be responsible for the logistics preparation and sale of our merchandise at these events, engaging directly with public customers.

Part of your role also requires you to engage with corporates for commissioned art, corporate workshops and corporate gifting needs.

The role will report directly to the Executive Director covering the following work tracks:
