We are seeking at least one Postdoctoral Associate to join the "Mens, Manus and Machina—How AI Empowers People, Institutions and Cities in Singapore (M3S)" interdisciplinary group.

The M3S project is driven by the goal of investigating the nature of work, redefining our relationship with technology, and exploring how institutions can adapt to foster livability, sustainability, innovation, and social welfare.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that aim to develop state-of-the-art AI to create future smart cities. The Postdoctoral Associate is in the T4 project for the five-year M3S program in SMART. The SMART team seeks to advance the frontier of AI research, apply it to society and cities, and demonstrate the concrete social impacts of the AI algorithms with broad public acceptance in Singapore.

Specifically, the SMART-T4 project seeks to integrate the state-of-the-art AI and the classical dynamic behavioral models to maximize the growth of human capital. It creates novel theories and develops an AI-assisted system to recommend long-term career decisions and short-term spatiotemporal activity decision in cities. It facilitates individual decisions around education and skill training to support Singaporeans’ lifelong learning, including both cognitive and physical skills. The Operations Specialist/Associate will be a key member of the Operations team, with a focus on delivering both Trade Management Business As Usual (BAU) activities and project-related work. The successful candidate will cover the trade management daily Operations activities in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for ensuring that all trades arrive from the various front end trade capture systems, and are processed into such in a timely manner

· Ensure that all trades are delivered to the client, via a 3rd Party electronic mechanism (e.g. Markitwire, Reuters), where applicable.

· Resolve any queries in relation to non-delivery of electronic confirmations, liaising with either the 3rd Party Vendor and other internal teams, to ensure delivery by amending the trade after any changes / permission being granted.

· Liaise with front office and/or customers in relation to non-delivery of trade confirmations and resolve any discrepancy

· Ensure that any incoming confirmations from a 3rd party broker, or an inter-company entity, match the details that we have booked in our system.

· Ensure client queries are attended and resolved on a timely manner.

· Data analytics, across our Client, Trader and Broker databases, supporting the transition of certain data points, between databases

· Support Data Integration projects/ change initiatives/ process enhancement. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve data-related issues

· Participate in Change/Tech system migrations and enhancement projects to create process excellence and digitalisation.

· Partnering with Technology team on any technical support, including agreeing data sets to be validated, and then if scripted, UAT of any scripts developed, and post-release support, ensuring that the scripts have been executed correctly

• Update and maintain tenants' contacts, tenancy schedules and other documents
• Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare the tenancy agreements and documents
• Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO billing
• Compile ACG reports
• Other general administrative and clerical duties
