Major Accountabilities: Strategy & Planning

• Work closely with Department Head/Leadership team and support with the implementation of the business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.

• Ensure effective training and development for all Personnel, following learning priorities and guidelines defined by Corporate and act as channel to communicate learning needs to appropriate departments.

• Supports internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues (values, advancement, motivation etc)

• Lead, design, develop, pilot and monitor organization-wide processes and initiatives, aimed at building organizational capability (e.g. OTR, career pathways)

Job Purpose

The Procurement Department (PD) is responsible for leading all global procurement efforts to efficiently and effect able CMEDCC to maximize the value they receive from suppliers to meet their objectives. The PD will work with other Departments and Project Managers to lead centralized direct and indirect sourcing and procurement efforts.
