1. Support contingent workforce transaction monitoring and lifecycle management
2. Implementation of the governance framework.
3. Process Improvement - Review and enhance current processes to support stakeholders to improve efficiency and journey
4. Support the development of Data Driven Operating Model for contingent workforce

1. Support contingent workforce transaction monitoring and lifecycle management
2. Support the Contingent workforce governance framework.
3. Support the management of policies and guidelines for vendor management including vendor performance scorecard implementation and assessment
4. Review and enhance current processes and tools to support stakeholders for new and existing engagements to improve efficiency
5. Provide and develop training, standards and guidelines of CWF best practices to managers
6. Support the development of Data Driven Operation Model for contingent workforce Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in contingent workforce programme, project and management
2. Strong stakeholder management and oral/written communication skills with ability build relationships with leaders across the business.
3. Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency.
4. Intermediate to Expert level user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
