Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the HR consulting industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the HR consulting industry and its value proposition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales prospecting tools.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Outsourcing team at Addeco. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and processing team for monthly payroll
• Verifies all payroll instructions, including but not limited to, employment contracts, front office information, timesheets, receipts, etc.
• Consolidate payroll instructions into a standard template
• Prepare and reconcile monthly report
• Ensure accurate and timely report submission
• Ensure compliance with internal & external regulatory
• Ensure all data is keyed into system promptly
• Liaise with business users and processing team for monthly payroll
• Maintain proper electronic or hardcopy filing of documentation
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business / Finance, or any relevant courses
• Well versed with Excel, preferably with knowledge on V-lookup or Pivot
• Ability to perform tasks effectively & accurately
• Eye for details and able to handle large volume of contracts and timesheets
• High Integrity, ability to process payroll objectively
