Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

1. Minimum a degree (or Masters) in Chemistry / Food Science with at least 7 years of technical applications experience in relevant industry. Some insights to personal care, cosmetics / perfumery or Pharmaceuticals, will be an advantage. Candidates with lesser experience, but have the drive and entrepreneurship may also apply.
2. Possess core competencies in leadership qualities and a drive to develop technical projects with Team and developing into new business opportunities with Commercial Team.
3. Hands-on in formulations, premixes, emulsions developments in food/cosmetics ingredients, with experience and scaling up experience, will be an advantage.
4. At least some experience in application related to flavor / color / bioactive ingredients or sourcing of various food additives.
5. High entrepreneur spirit, good project management skills, presentation skills and ability to multitask, good team player and ability to travel and participation of exhibitions & fairs.
6. At least bilingual in spoken and written in English and Mandarin and/or another language and a strong drive and self-motivation and ability to learn in a fast pace working environment. Skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access and web design / maintenance skills will be a huge plus.
