RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role:

• Lead a team of property officers and work closely with the Member of Parliament and grassroots leaders in the management of the common areas of the public housing estates.

Human Resource

Provides administrative support to the HR team. This includes administrative for orientation, onboarding, termination and resignation.

Maintain human resource records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination and change in job classification.

• Identify scope of work & supply from customers requisition specifications for proposal making and cost estimating
