We are looking for an Admin Executive for a one month assignment.
Our client is a media advertising firm which is located near Telok Ayer MRT station.
Working hours will be from Mon-Fri, between 9am-6pm.
The duration of the temporary role will be for one month, starting from Monday 2nd Dec 2024.
The hourly rate will be $12.
What you will do in this role:
• Perform general administrative task including data entry work
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Cover receptionist duty during regular lunch hours (alternative one hour lunch will be provided)
o Manage reception area by answering, screening and route all incoming calls
o Greet and direct all visitors
Requirements:
• Must have ability to speak, read, and write in English and Mandarin
• Minimum Polytechnic diploma or equivalent required
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Confidence, initiative, and the ability to learn new things quickly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction from multiple sources
• Excellent typing skills required
• Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Previous experience in a corporate office environment preferred
