The Executive Chef is responsible for all day-to-day management of the hotel's restaurant, kitchen, and catering requirements to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved and that the hospitality operations are delivered in a sustainable and profitable manner. These highly skilled chefs create and revise recipes, seek out new ingredients, delegate kitchen tasks, stay up-to-date on current food trends and techniques, and ensure their kitchens adhere to all relevant local health department codes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Operation Functions

• Able to manage large volume of shipping documentations accuracy checking for compliance and audit purpose.

• Ensures complete and accurate switched shipping documents, including vendors' documents, received from bonded provider to be e-filed for purchase and sales recognition (system vs. actual vs. data interface received at accounting, and audit purposes.

• Check accuracy for submissions related to non-trading and payment for Navision invoices received from bonded provider for submission to accounting.

• Ensure Original Navision invoices with authorized signatory are dispatched to the correct parties, where applicable.

• Check accuracy of monthly insurance declaration for submission to accounting.

• Check accuracy of operational freight invoices payable by Singapore within the month, where applicable.

• Ensure correct GST classifications for reporting and confirmation to accounting.

• Communicate and follow-up with relevant parties for monthly overdue accounts payable and accounts receivable status list for payment schedule.

• Manage operational fixed assets status with relevant parties for up-to-date status, and annual report co-ordination.

• Ensure countermeasure and follow-up for operational issues related to payment from bonded provider to eliminate recurrences.

• Study and implement new initiatives/projects as assigned by Manager.

• Open to take on new assignments by Manager.

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution or 'A' levels from a recognized tertiary institution
• Min. 4 years of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge in Trade Compliance related, Managing payment invoicing knowledge or experience.
• Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
• Intermediates excel, PowerPoint presentation & reporting
• Ability to travel (mainly ASEAN countries)

The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting assigned Manager(s) in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions on a day-to-day basis and achievement of overall HR teams’ objectives. The scope of work is subjected to allocation from time to time, as necessitated by business needs

• Maintain HR information system and employee records
• Manage regional mobility and expatriate support
• Prepare HR letters and documentation
• Oversee monthly payroll; submit CPF, IR21, and income tax filings
• Assist with regional employee tax matters
• Prepare headcount and payroll reports
• Process government reimbursements (NS, maternity, childcare, etc.)
• Administer medical, health insurance, and work injury claims
• Support recruitment: job postings, interview scheduling, background checks
• Prepare onboarding documents, coordinate onboarding, and announcements
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Manage off-boarding, including resignation letters and exit processes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the area of Human Resources including payroll-processing
• Good knowledge and interpretation of the employment Act and government regulations
• Knowledge in Unit4 Prosoft and SuccessFactors are advantageous
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
