• Liaises with client project personnel and fulfil the project requirement.
• Manage existing client relationship.
• Customer development for Local and Oversea Market
• To achieve yearly sale target and resolve technical issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management if required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Equivalent;
• Min 2 years of experience in sales, HVAC or Cleanroom experience is an added advantage;
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented;
• Hardworking and Sales oriented;
• Able to work independently;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Package);
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Proficiency in Japanese would be an added advantage;

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Account Department (Receivable/Payable).
• Performing accounts daily processing tasks, such as filing, data entry, reconciliation, report preparation, banking, etc.
• Tabulating and checking to ensure payments paid/ received and records are accurate and initiate follow-up procedures.
• Process month-end closing activities
• Perform Inventory stock take in the warehouse
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting/LCCI Management or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience in AP & AR
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and well-organized
• Experience with ERP systems will be advantageous

This position is at the heart of our expansion strategy, focusing on growing our cybersecurity solutions and specialized training programs in information security. You will drive new business development, lead generation, and manage key accounts, with a dual focus on marketing our bespokedcybersecurity services and our comprehensive training solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategically market our cybersecurity solutions and training programs, identifying new opportunities in various sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored cybersecurity and training solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through innovative sales strategies and effective client communication.
• Manage and expand our client base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, especially in cybersecurity and training solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Skilled in Account Management, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
