The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is a trade union of employers. Our mission is to advance tripartism and enhance labour market flexibility to enable employers to implement responsible employment practices for sustainable growth. SNEF has a membership of over 3,500 companies with a combined workforce of over 800,000.

The Membership & Corporate Relations (MCR) actively promote and engage SNEF members and employers at large. We are expanding and are looking for Executives/ Senior Executives who are passionate to work with C suite and HR leaders to promote good employment practices and advocate the interests of employers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create membership awareness through phone calls/emails, events, marketing collaterals and other outreach methods.
• Identify prospects for membership and move prospects through the membership recruitment cycle.
• Understand and provide information on new membership products/services.
• Study and prepare reports to identify incoming leads for potential memberships.
• Outreach at events for prospects for membership.
• Curate Hot List of top prospects for follow up and recruitment.
• Set and manage appointments for membership presentation.
• Conduct presentations to prospects.
• Prepare reports and update membership recruitment at weekly meeting.
• Take on project and task as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirement:

• Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word programs, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based CRM systems.
• Collaborative and detail oriented.
• Excellent communicator on phone, via email, and in-person.
• Self-motivated and thrives in results-oriented sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition
• Design and produce engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to individual users
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and digital ad campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media and digital ad strategies with overall marketing goals
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital advertising to ensure the product remains competitive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and above
• 1-4 years of experience in social media marketing and digital advertising
• Proficiency in utilizing social media management and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle GST filling

· Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA with minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of invoices
• Perform preparation of GIRO deduction details
• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivable, including follow up on collection from customers
• Perform bank reconciliation in accounting system
• Ensure all postings, payments and transactions in accounting system are accurate and complete
• Generate month end reports
• Daily operational support
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate in Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting
• Familiarity in using Xero accounting system is preferred

Maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Responsibilities

• Play a strong role in the delivery of projects across the entire process including the design of the questionnaire, analytical plan, and reporting
• Work closely with the manager to gain feedback and ensure client needs are met
• Liaise with the Project Management team involved to ensure smooth execution across all key stages in the project (Pre-field, in-field, and post-field)
• Manage fieldwork briefing & debriefing, fieldwork observation (when required), providing timely & regular updates to client
• Provide client servicing on business questions and continue to build industry knowledge to gain expertise
• Proactive in addressing possible red flags, takes initiative in providing solutions to any issues
• Prepare code frames, tabulation specs, and the right charting template and submit them to the Data Processing team/ Chartist.
• Conduct verbal presentations of the findings, either partial or full presentation to the client
• Takes initiative in seeking resources/assistance, and makes corrections while ensuring the project is executed within the scheduled timeline and budget
• Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures, and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency
• Provide coaching & guidance to juniors in relevant project management topics
• Perform other related functions that may be assigned
