Centre Stage School of the Arts is a busy creative and performing arts school providing training for children of all ages in Singapore.

Our team at Centre Stage is looking for an on-line marketing assistant to develop and manage marketing programs across channels and manage initiatives on-line and especially on Social Media platforms.

If you love engaging with Social Media, then this is for you. As a performing Arts School we have heaps of content, but we need someone who is good at getting it captured and online.

Responsibilities:

• Handle AP / AR functions
• Data entry in the system
• Liaise with customers & suppliers
• Answering telephone calls & inquiries
• Ensure proper filing of documents
• Assist in any other duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum "N" level
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• MS Excel is essential
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Able to start work within short notice preferred
• Open to Singaporean, PR and Malaysian
