About The Role

As the Senior Manager, he/ she will be based at one of the Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore to assist the Site Lead to undertake the portfolio in managing the non-medical team. Leading the team, he/she will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. • To assist the Co-Head, Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (“CABM”), in coordinating and leveraging internal resources across the CABM teams, and the Bank, as required in the running of the team.

Strategy

• Be a key contact for the direct reports of the CABM Global Co-Head and other peers across CABM and Strategy & Talent (S&T) and the business BPM community.

• Looking across the CABM Co-Head portfolio, proactively identify efficiencies and opportunities, and review potential overspend to ensure costs stay within budgets.

• Develop and grow direct accounts in Singapore by participating tenders, as well as responsible to grow businesses in Singapore by coorperating with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement country marketing strategy by appointing with regional marketing manager and distributors with allocated budget.
• Ensure monitoring the market development as well as competitors’ activities to achieve target market share in the responsible countries.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline
• 10 years’ experience sales or distributor management experience
• 5 years’ experience in lubricants, ideally automotive, heavy-duty, industrial and specialty lube.
• Proficient in presenting to external senior managements and training
• Proficient in sales strategy with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mining industry experience is a plus
