Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering and above.

• Experienced in PCBA manufacturing and testing for products/projects.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment with ISO13485 and FDA standards.

• Verify building defects and to co-oordinate with the contractors to access rooms to carry out work.
• Attend and verify all enquiries/feedback of building defects pertaining to maintenance, landscape, cleaning and pest control in the premises are carried out/rectified to the highest standard expected of the building owner and meet the SLA.
• Carry out room inspections during mass check in/out exercises, AV and logistics set up for conference events/facilities bookings.

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma in Estate/Facilities Management/Building & Construction/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Working Location: North

• Provide facilities management services for shopping mall.
• This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management, etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to. In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination of meetings and events such as logistics support, obtaining quotations, raising of invoices and setting up of the events etc.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services to our client's sites, managing camps that focus on Outdoor Adventures Activities. You will be required to carry out regular inspections to the sites and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level. You will supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the sites.

Requirements:

• You shall possess NITEC certification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Possess good hands-on knowledge on maintenance works
• Having a Class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage
• Willing to work offshore, embarking from Punggol Point Jetty and approximately 7 minutes ferry to the premises
• Working hours : Mon – Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alt Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
• Comfortable to work night shift (6pm to 6am) and morning shift (7am to 4pm) when required
