The Regional Operations Manager/Executive (Process and Quality) is a vital and empowered role, fully accountable to drive system quality & compliance control, process quality & improvement, process standardisation & adoption, and to scale financial health and trade compliance initiatives throughout the Southeast Asia region. • Provide support to Programme Leads on budget, timeline and reporting to management
• Provide secretariat and administrative support for related meetings as assigned. This includes minutes taking, preparation of slides, record keeping etc

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Handle basic HR matters such as coordination of staff appraisal and promotion cycle for department
• Provide cross-coverage for Community Ops team
• Any other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Any Discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, good time management and result orientated
• Good team player and able to work cohesively in a team.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Excellent IT skills in areas such as Microsoft Office applications.
