RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Planning

• Work closely with managers and supervisors to understand individual team needs and challenges with respect to skills and resources.

Recruitment

What you will do:

• Management duties include the supervision of non-exempt and exempt level staff which includes but is not limited to, conducting performance evaluations, approving paid time-off (PTO), assigning or delegating work, providing on-the-job training, giving guidance to staff, conducting performance improvement plans, taking disciplinary action, and interviewing candidates for open positions
• Collaborate with GWS team at the Seattle headquarters to execute projects, attend project meetings and manage the corporate operations expense budget in the region

Reporting to the F&B Director, this role will operational procedures across the different outlets/brands adhered to company and governing regulations.

Key responsibilities

Operations

• Ensure that all the outlets and banquet are managed efficiently according to the established concept statements and adhere to company and governing policies & procedures.
• Assist in emphasizing the implementation of a flexible employee base, with the proportionate number of full time and part-time staff based on established business levels for the day.
