• Maintain full set of accounts.

Overview and Purpose of the Position
The role involves working closely with service leads and business stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap for IT solutions and enhancements.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Reporting Officer in the approval, acquisition, and implementation of IT projects.
• Resolve project-related issues by working with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure successful IT project delivery.
