What will you do?

1. Product Development:

• Project manage and oversee the end-to-end hardware product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Unerstand Software/Firmware integration and experiences in firmware specification review.
• Collaborate with firmware, software development team to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components.
• Project scheduling and resource planning.

2. Production Management and Quality Assurance:

• Understand production process, drive and manage OEM/ODM factories for the entire production cycle including the RMA processes.

7. Team Management:

• Lead and mentor junior CE Product Engineers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a team lead role with at least 5 years experiences in consumer electronic product development.

• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, communities, and the private sector, to promote the use of MRV in carbon markets
• Work with project developers to implement carbon offset projects that utilize nature-based and MRV solutions
• Provide technical expertise to clients in the development and implementation of MRV systems for carbon projects
• Develop and implement programmatic carbon credits and standards for MRV in carbon markets
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in MRV and carbon markets and participate in relevant networks and initiatives
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal systems and processes related to MRV in carbon projects
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand the company's MRV business in carbon markets

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Environmental Science, Environmental Economics, Forestry, or a related field

Junior product manager

What you will do:

· Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, requirements development, and product launch

· Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by Engineering teams

· Create product strategy documents that describe use cases, technical requirements and impact on business model

· Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and business teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

What you have:

· 1 to 2 years’ experience in building consumer product as a Product Manager

· Experience in building web-based platform preferred

· Experience in building product for emerging market preferred
