To assist the immediate superior in providing administrative support to the site and to deal with the clients requests/inquiry. To organize and plan the day-to-day operations of the various sites and to ensure that the clients are always provided with a high standard of service. Undertakes any other duties assigned by management.
Being responsible
· To organize and plan the resources under his charge.
· To perform property management services assigned to him.
· To prepare and submit monthly operation report and financial report.
· To ensure that all contracts, agreements and insurances have been reviewed 3 months before their expiry if any.
· To prepare all outgoing correspondence and minutes of meetings.
· To plan and recommend periodic maintenance works.
· To recommend appropriate actions to be taken for Ad-hoc repair works.
· To ensure regular processing of payment to vendors, invoicing and manage financial statements.
· To perform sustainability management, tenancy management and reinstatement.
· To advise clients relating to property management and arrear management.
· To work closely with finance on billings, collection and answer owners’ queries on statements of accounts or invoices, etc.
· To ensure the implementation and maintenance of the OMS system in accordance to establish organizational standard.
· Planning of annual budget and capex works.
· Successful completion of scheduled activities. Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully. Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times.
