The Banquet Manager is responsible for overall smooth daily operations of the banquets and events functions in the club. He/she is responsible in delivering excellent guests’ experience to optimise sales and profit as well as ensuring staffing levels meet demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day set up, ensuring that all settings meet the entire requirements from guests based on the Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
• Responsible in meeting up with event organisers and hosts to liaise on the program flow and details, ensuring success and smooth execution of event
• Handles guests’ complaints and feedback as appropriate and follow up
• Responsible for the daily planning to ensure efficiency within Banquet Operations
• Monitors operational stocks, ensuring that all supplies are sufficient, and requisitions are raised promptly
• Assist Banquet Team in annual inventory stock takes and ensures inventories are matched with Master List
• Continuously build strong pool of casual labors to support operations as needed
• Ensure team members adhere to the grooming standards set by the Club
• Conduct briefing before operations, train, supervise and manage the team
• Ensures all serving crews comply with the required cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with various departments and co-workers

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent
• 5 years of working experience in Banquet Operations and similar capacity
• Experienced in handling high volume banquet operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and banquet management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Demonstrated strong ability to work independently and as a team

Job Description

• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• Manage internal and external subcon well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specs.
• Planning of Structural works and micro scheduling with other disciplines
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
• Procurement and Monitoring of structure related materials.
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with PE design.
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Planning work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• To update structural progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience, with PPVC knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

Project management - ensuring project is executed according to contractural conditions within schedule and budget allocations.
Reports to the Managing Director and Senior Project Manager.
Responsible for the coordination and interface with clients, consultants and sub contractors for timely execution of all project activities.
Prepare master programme.
Delegare and assign duties to site staff under his/her charge
Control the use of site resources and overall project costs on site.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min 3 years relevant construction field experience in Singapore
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Able to work within tight schedules and fast turn-around times.
Have a good interpersonal communication and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Project and strong knowledge in project management.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst/ Assistant Manager, Analytics to join our Engagement & Retention Analytics team in APAC. The primary focus of this role is to analyse user data, derive valuable insights, and collaborate with various departments to develop strategies that enhance user experiences and keep users engaged with the platform over the long term. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mathematics & statistical techniques used for analyzing large data sources, plus a deep understanding of consumer behaviors related to marketing, content development, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Based on audience cohorts, creating analysis with meaningful insights that improve performance, identify opportunities, improve engagement, and reduce churn
• Analyze user behavioral data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and create common understanding of how people are interacting with the platform and content
• Generate data-based insights that help to launch impactful and effective marketing programs.
• Develop strong hypothesis, conduct A/B analytics and make data-based recommendations
• Measure performance and reporting business outcomes in a daily/weekly/monthly basis with most relevant KPI's converted into insights and key action items to improve efficiency
• Work with other members of the team to align metric definitions across all services within the business
• Continuously drive toward efficiency by simplifying and automating where possible, eliminating redundancy across the organization, refining metrics, and building new reports as needed to support decision-making.
• Assure quality and accuracy of deliverables through thorough interaction with business partners to understand and refine requirements and adherence to privacy, governance standards, and quantitative practices

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital business
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field including Marketing, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Social Science. Graduate degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in and expertise in SQL
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
• Strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop analysis
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• 12-15 years of IT industry experience.

Qualification
1, Diploma or above, major in Human resource / business management
