Job Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of the team in managing and coordinating the development of client’s future workplaces, upgrading of existing workplaces and any other A&A projects. You will be responsible to:

· Manage meetings with multi-Disciplinary Team Consultants, Contractors, relevant external agencies, as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

· Work with project stakeholders to determine the needs and constraints in establishing detailed project programmes with clear milestones delivery.

· Track and monitor project budget and timelines.

· Liaise internally with various teams for inputs and coordination.

· Perform administrative tasks in support of the division, including scheduling of Seminar rooms, Lecture Theatre, projects reporting, etc.

· Handle project procurement process.

· Conduct project supervision on site as and when required.

· Any other works as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree.

· Good verbal, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.

· Basic Microsoft Office skills required.

· Meticulous, independent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.

· Good teamwork.

Role Description

• Perform data entry tasks using MYOB for delivery tickets and invoicing
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
• Procure ad hoc items as required
• Able to work in light industrial area and perform inventory count with timbre pallets
• Proficient in Xero accounting software
• Effectively communicate via email in English

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks
• Proficiency in using MYOB software for delivery tickets and invoicing
• Excellent bookkeeping skills and attention to detail
• Ability to procure ad hoc items efficiently
• Advanced knowledge of Xero accounting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
