YOUR ROLE:

The Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer will maintain and support an on-premises cloud infrastructure and apply DevOps practices and solutions. Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform functional assurance, technical project preparation and execution support of offshore and onshore wind projects.
2. Prepare technical specifications, internal standards & engineering guidelines, supplier or contractor Scope of Works.
3. Support the wind resources analysis process, review, and evaluate energy yield results for new project development and financial investments.
4. Support wind project development and O&M resource at the group level
5. Work with various group functions; procurement, finance, SSHE, ESIA, etc. to achieve the above said objectives.
6. Review and organize review of internal and external deliverables (engineering drawings, technical reports, and procedures).

Qualifications & Experience

1. A bachelor’s degree in a technical such as Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Maritime Engineering discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in on-shore and/or off-shore wind project development, technology selection and/or operating experience of wind farms.
3. Possess knowledge and familiarity with the wind IEC standards.
4. Expertise with software tools like WAsP , Windographer, Global Mapper Pro is advantageous.

Summary

This position is responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. He/She has to act professionally in all activities involved in obtaining materials at minimum costs.

Job Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations and ensure that it includes freight and delivery to the Hotel.
• Buy without prejudice, seeking to obtain the maximum ultimate value of each dollar of expenditure.
• Co-operate with all organizations and persons engaged in activities designed to enhance the development and standing of purchasing.
• Keep records of a purchasing development such as Purchase record, Vendor Record, Blueprint and specification record, print forms record
• Provide reports based on market research/surveys, price fluctuations, comparative analysis of prices, etc.
• Cultivate a sound supplier relationship.
• Prepare and analyze financial planning for both short-term and long-term.
• Prepare annual budget and compare actual results with the projected. In addition, also investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare cash and fund flow, including planning for cash management.
• Manage bids received across suppliers.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as directed by the management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
• Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
