SUPPLY PLANNING

• Plan rolling 15 months supply needs and execute procurement of finished goods from global suppliers
• Manage Supply Issues including creating Inter-company purchase order (PO), advance ship notice (ASN), TP/FOB purchase prices
• Facilitate local outbound documentations for Intra-regional transfers
• Manage inventory to meet service/fill rate level in a cost-effective manner
• Follow up on shipments for product launches and promos, expedite IVAS for urgent needs
• Partner with key stakeholders regularly and communicate any updates
• Provide & communicate Inventory analysis reports, Vendors’ & Customers’ fill rates, stock shortage risks with Brands’ stakeholders
• Consolidate monthly purchase of Finished Goods & Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for approval
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing on prevention & management of Slow and Obsolete Inventory (SLOBs), identify aged & damaged or unconsumed inventory for clearance & write off approval
• Support GKPI & maintain Forecast Tracker

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in supply-chain or other relevant disciplines.
• Ideal to possess more than 2 years' experience in demand and supply planning.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and drive for excellence.
• High level of commitment and initiative, ability to work independently.
• Advance proficiency in MS Excel.
• Prior experience with SAP, IBP or other statistical forecasting tools is advantageous.
• Ideally from a multi-brand fragrance & beauty environment.
• Adaptable to undertake activities or new brands portfolio assigned.
• Participate in demand & supply planning projects.

Job Summary:

Support the planning, design and development new patient-centric healthcare facilities under the auspices of Phase 2 of HealthCity Masterplan. The scope of Phase 2 of HealthCity Masterplan spans facilities across the campus, which includes a short-stay hospital, elective surgical facilities, specialist outpatient clinics, Emergency Department and staff offices.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Facilitate and/or support discussions with diverse stakeholders across clinical divisions in the conceptualisation of clinical and supporting services.

- Support the development of key strategic plans in line with future models of care of services at the new facility while focusing on new paradigms in a post Covid-19 environment.

- Collect, organise and analyse data to support the planning process, as well as application of research with exposure to different models of care led by other institutions or industries.

- Provide secretariat support to assigned committees led by Senior Management, and its supporting Workgroups.

- Engage a myriad of stakeholders across clinical, operations, architectural, IT, engineering and other domains to assist with developing a detailed business case proposal.

- Support the DCEO, COO and Directors in whole-of-campus space management and planning, including vacated spaces in and around, with the view to achieve resource optimisation on the campus.

Job Requirement

- Good Bachelor’s degree from any discipline, with at least 3 years of working experience

o Secretariat experience in supporting committees led by C-suite membets and Senior Clinical Leadership will be an advantage

o Experience in policy writing and/or clinical service planning will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.

- Good Team collaboration skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders across different domains

- Organised, meticulous and good project management skills

- Excellent written skills, especially in paper and minute writing, as well as oral communications and presentation skills.

- Ability to prepare slides (Microsoft Powerpoint) comprising clear and concise messaging with visually appealing infographics
