• Supervise and control M&E sub-contractors to ensure accurate and timely completion of works according to specifications and drawings.
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients and M&E consultants for technical resolution, inspections, and submissions.
• Evaluate costing for M&E works.
• Monitor M&E work documents and coordinate shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with requirements from clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Review and coordinate subcontractors’ shop drawings and quotations for mechanical and electrical compliance.
• Facilitate submission and coordination between subcontractors, consultants, and the project team.
• Supervise and inspect mechanical and electrical works to ensure quality.
• Liaise with consultants for technical clarification.
• Monitor works to ensure compliance with approved drawings/specifications and timely completion.
• Assist in the deployment and storage of M&E materials, plant, and equipment.
• Handle contract administration of M&E subcontracts.
• Provide support and arrange necessary inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Construction/Building/Engineering industry.
• Prior experience in nursing home building projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales leads and enquiries

• Increase sales to current and prospective clients.

• Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts. Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers’ plan.

• Working closely with different internal departments -Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.

• Prepares standard quotations and proposals.

• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
