Sales Executive

The Job

• Dealing with all range and multi brand of vehicles in regard to sales activities
• Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
• Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
• Purchase all types of pre-owned vehicles for inventory replenishment
• Follow-up/Develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target
• Attend to sales inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints/issues
• Follow-up on prompt Payment
• Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
• Arrange for regular meetings with Clients
• Develop relationships for both new and existing customers
• Submit Report on weekly and monthly sales activities

Job Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both in spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with strong understanding of the vehicles market, pricing dynamics, and factors influencing vehicle value
• Self-starter, positive mindset and willing to learn attitude
• Good team player, proactive, enthusiastic and passionate
• Resilience, Resourceful and Sale-Oriented
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Good advance in career prospect

Basic Salary: $1500

Monthly Gross Salary: $4000 - $5000 ++ (Basic Salary + Sales Commission)

Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, Alternate Saturday (5.5 days)

Location: Nearest MRT, Ubi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer behavior and market demands.
• Actively deploy new dealer accounts.
• Monitor and analyze consumer purchasing patterns and market demands.
• Generate sales from new and existing dealers.
• Track and report daily dealer visits and forecasts.
• Propose innovative dealer management initiatives.
• Assist walk-in, web, Facebook, and phone customers in the showroom.
• Provide service-oriented support throughout the sales process, from walk-in to motorcycle handover.
• Demonstrate expertise in motorcycles.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
• A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or its equivalent.
• Should hold a valid Class 2B/2A/2 driving license.
• Must be available to work on alternate Saturdays.
