Primary Purpose:

You contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing selling skills, and Service training. You will be responsible for meeting store sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. You represent COACH to the consumer, acts as an ambassador of the brand, and ensures customer needs are consistently exceeded.

• Tailor approach to different customers by reading cues
• Build long-term relationships with clients, such as loyalty program (Clienteling)
• Services all customers according to the Coach approach standards and maintain an energetic presence and high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor
• Participates as a team member and encourages team to meet and exceed performance standards
• Consistently uses Coach Communication tools to remain informed of individual performance, store performance and company information.

• Individual with retail experience may be considered for senior position

• Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays

• Location: 7 Tuas Ave (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
• Working Days: 5-days work week (40 hrs)
• Working hours : 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm
• Salary : $4,000 to $5,500

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and maintain existing customers
• Handle new sales enquiries and preparation of quotations
• Work closely with sales team on execution of marketing and sales activities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales
• Follow up on projects, delivery and relevant documents
• Manager customers' accounts, credits and payments

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of sales experience in steel industry
• Possess good knowledge of various steel products with prior experience in project sales
• Proficient in sales prospecting and able to drive sales process from plan to close
