Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting and placing job advertisements in accordance with MOM regulations, screening job applications and arranging interviews, liaise with recruitment agencies etc
• Follow up with candidates and/or new employees on relevant paperwork such as employment application forms, pre-employment check, employment contract, and other employee related letters or memos
• Prepare orientation package and conduct orientation briefing for new employees and send HR welcome email for new employees etc
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.
• Facilitate the monthly submission of CPF contributions and the annual filing of IR8A forms.
• Assist in performance review and peer review process on a semiannually basis
• Assist to execute and monitor employee recognition schemes and budgeting
• Review and update employee policies and guidelines in accordance with local employment regulations and company’s procedures
• Check and submit claims such as timesheets, leave/MC applications, transport claims and other miscellaneous claims for approval
• Manage exit formalities such as exit interviews and hand over process
• Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
• Provide reports for management review
• Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies and work processes
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Summary
