• Maintain real-time trading portfolio position to facilitate contracts pricing and portfolio valuation.
• Reconcile executed derivatives trades with broker statements and confirmations on daily basis.
• Maintain accurate reporting of derivative transactions and results.
• Monitor margin calls/excess cash related to derivatives and work with finance team to optimize positions across brokers to minimize cash utilization.
• Attend company training and undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in finance, economics, math or a related field
• Possesses strong interest in financial markets.
• Has initiative and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of futures and options
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

• Work closely with the Operation Manager, support running of the outlet’s daily operation.
• Ensure consistency in work performance, acquire the full knowledge of the POS system, get oriented with the layout of the outlet and handle the preparation of beverages.
• Ensure quality control and food presentation as per company’s standard guidelines.
• To ensure good hygiene and personal grooming standards, adhere to Risk Management and Safety practices.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Operation Manager.
• Managing the daily operations of the restaurant/Kitchen.

Title: Finance Executive

Reprting to: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting functions and perform bookkeeping for AR, AP and GL
• Manage AR receipts, AP payments and monitor ageing report together with bank reconciliation
• Work closely with finance team to ensure PnL and other reports are done within stipulated timeline
• Work closely with operation team for daily orderings and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy on orders and invoices
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchase price lists and highlight for the price changes
