As an Authorised Adoption Agency, Fei Yue provides mandatory Adoption Briefings and Adoption Suitability Assessment to applicants. Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

• Communicate with adoption applicants through phone call, email or text message. Provide applicants with accurate information on eligibility requirements and guidance on adoption processes.
• Work closely with key stakeholders – Accredited Adoption Agencies, MSF and China Center for Children’s Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA).
• Process new adoption applications (FormSG) and refer complex cases for pre-adoption consultation/screening. Examine and ensure complete submission of application forms and supporting documents by applicants.
• Ensure proper filing of adoption documents, maintain adoption databases and safeguard data security.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments, prepare purchase quotes.
• Plan and coordinate adoption briefings (i.e. schedule briefing dates and publish them on BookingSG, source for speakers, set up delivery platform, process incoming payments and issue attendance letter).
• Process PRC cases (i.e. preparation and submission of adoption dossiers to CCCWA, provide instructions for applicants to notify birth parents on submission of placement documents, monitor progress and approval)
• Provide administrative support for post adoption services organised by Adoption Assessors.
• Provide administrative support for adoption meetings, update half-yearly/year-end report and website information.

Requirements:
