What do we need from You

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
• Strategic and tactical thinker - ability to develop strategic sales plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships
