Oversee a diverse portfolio that includes new cars, electric vehicles (EVs), pre-owned luxury brands, sports cars, and vehicle rentals covering short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing. You'll lead a high-performing Marketing team and report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives across various vehicle segments, including new cars, electric vehicles (EVs), pre-owned luxury vehicles and sports cars.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify new sales and rental opportunities.
• Drive growth in both vehicle sales, and the rental and leasing division, with a focus on expanding short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing solutions.
• Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation through consistent, strategic branding efforts.
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media, to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across platforms.
• Efficiently plan, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment and alignment with business goals.
• Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
• Analyze marketing data to track performance, make data-driven adjustments, and ensure alignment with KPIs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative marketing techniques to maintain brand competitiveness and appeal across all vehicle offerings.

Requirements:

• Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience with proven team leadership.
• Expertise in digital and social media marketing, with strong command of CRM tools.
• Skilled in using analytics to drive decisions and track marketing effectiveness.
• Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling communications.
• Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

As the Project Manager of Motorrad, BMW M and GKL segments, this person must be able to lead with resolute and yet maintain enough flexibility to be opened to new challenges and tasks and have a clear understanding marketing projects and events.

Job Description:

• Requires executing existing marketing plans according to business requirements
• Oversees all marketing communications efforts for new cars and bikes including ongoing tactical communications (e.g. advertisements, targeting), ongoing operational communications (e.g. localised brochures, flyers, spec cards for all models, promotional flyers, SCs selling kits),
• Launch communications (e.g. launch campaigns and materials, SCs’ sales kits), maintain PML and Motorrad digital presence and CRM-related communications (e.g. EDMs, newsletters
• In line with the communication efforts, evaluate and plan media channels to ensure maximum reach and minimal cost for all campaigns.
• All events conceptualisation, planning, budgeting and execution for new car launches (launch of new models or facelifted models), BMW Motorrad new bike launches and community events, tactical events, where applicable (Singapore Motor show, roadshows & car expo events), partnership events and showroom activities & events.
• Management of the GKL & M showroom spaces and new car deliveries with BMW Retail. Next. This includes ensuring the processes, customers’ experience for the Performance Lounge (L3) as well as the showroom area (L2) and delivery bays (L2) are prepped and adhere to the Retail. • Lead for all Motorrad, M and luxury segment engagement events.

Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven experience in marketing field, preferably in luxury sector
• Willing to commit for 6-months Contract for maternity cover
