Responsibilities

• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
• Review tender documents, source for quotations and prepare necessary documents for tender bid submission
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
• Coordinate and conduct site survey.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or Facilities/ Building-related.
• MUST have minimum of 4 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• Experienced in tendering and QS works and competent in contractual management
• Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results-oriented, good team player and able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
