*Market Research*

*Reporting*

Ability / Competency Required:

• Possess strong understanding on the functionalities of discrete component (capacitor, inductor and noise filter) how the specifications and parameters changes affect the circuitry performance level.
• Able to perform customers’ technical needs and competitor’s technology analysis at component &/or device levels to craft road-to-win proposal to multinational based customers.
• Excellent working experience and prior power related system knowledge to lead development in industrial and Energy markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in sales or business administration are a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B experience in sales, business development in Automotive or Semiconductors industry
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
