Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Coordination:

Procurement:

Budget and Scope Management:

• Contribute to budget management, risk assessment, and project scope definition.
• Monitor project financials and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners

Responsibilities:

· Ability to plan, organize, and oversee projects efficiently and effectively

· Oversee the management and operations of the project

· Overall planning and management of project, including job schedule, identify and mobilize resources for the project

· Close monitoring of project resources includes manpower, transportation, equipment and tools

· Oversee that current version of local specifications – e.g. Code of Practice, Singapore Standards are accessible at the point of use

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure / metro industry as a project manager

· Safety training in line with MOM, company requirement and project requirement

· Good project management knowledge and skills

· Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and problem-solving skill

· Able to work independently

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Good Microsoft office knowledge and skills

· Training or certification in project management desirable

Responsibilities:

• Oversees project costing, budget allocation, expenditure monitoring and cost forecasting
• Reviews the project revenue update and project cash flow
• Oversees Change Order Management and Claims with clients, vendors and subcontractors
• Ensures timely commercial and cost reporting

As the Finance Manager (Treasury & Accounting), you will be responsible in managing a portfolio comprising of approximately 50% Treasury and 50% in handling overseas accounts.   • Manage the student photo system, including photo review and approval for all incoming undergraduate, postgraduate, non-graduating e.g. exchange students and guest students;
  • Student replacement card system for lost and damaged cards;
  • Outsourcing of card printing for new and replacement cards including arranging for encoding of student cards;
  • Issuance of student cards for new intake of students including the online event management system to manage appointment for the student card collection.
