Primary responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline Tracking and Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals. • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Provide key insights on product utilization, client demographics, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to drive alignment on commercial goals and strategies. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a One Visa approach to achieving our commercial objectives.
• Influencing VAS Policies and Procedures: Take a proactive role in influencing VAS policies and procedures to make it easier to sell our products. This will involve understanding the barriers to sales and working to remove these through changes to policies and procedures.
• Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with the team leader to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for VAS products.
