About the Role

As a Senior Technology Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of the Enablon software platform functionality, in the field of Risk, Health and Safety, Control of Work, ESG, Quality and Process Safety. You will be part of the sales team building and presenting our solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers and responding to functional and technical requirements. • Serve as technical and functional expert for solutions
• Bridge the gap between our products and our customers’ needs (Product SME)
• Gather and document existing/prospective customer needs/gaps/new features for potential product enhancements
• Work closely/ regularly with professional services team to analyse requirements and determine product implementation strategies
• Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events such as conferences

About You

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR minimum of three years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm
• Expertise in EHSQ, ESG or GRC domain topics.
• Knowledge of Process Safety would be beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role at a Software/SaaS firm delivering Demonstrations, POCs and participating in the sales cycle is a plus, along with any experience in Corporate Visions’ methodologies.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Monitor end-to-end process on quarterly samples, bundle deal, free goods and demo equipment trackers in collaboration with local markets
• Support SEA operations manager and Commercial Director with regular operations activities as required including organising local operations review meetings, data support, etc.

Health Care Compliance Processes and Controls

• Improve and implement Health Care Compliance processes and controls
• Process Change management and communication with the cross functions team (commercial, tax, HCC, legal)
• Support SEA team for HCC audits and data requests.
• Commercial representative in audit findings and mitigation plan discussions.
• Implementation lead for mitigation, control and monitor improvement plans.

Distributor Performance Management

• Tracking of Distributor performance against contractual KPI’s.
• Support performance discussions and recommend improvements in case of underperformance.
• Review distributor processes and collaborate with the cross functions team (commercial, tax, HCC, legal etc) to ensure ongoing and robust compliance environment.

Distributor change process (RFP) and Contract Management

• Monitoring of contractual end-dates and initiating renewal or RFP process.
• Representing Commercial team in RFP Procurement process i.e. collecting RFP requirements.
• Support business negotiations with customers or distributors as needed.
• Providing local legal teams with contract templates and business specific requirements.
• Review contracts (e.g. distributor agreements, deal agreements) and liaise closely with cross function teams to ensure compliance (Tax, Legal, HCC etc).
• Primary project manager for distributor transition (license and stocks transfer, commercial process SOP establishment etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, operations, and/or procurement field. Any legal experience will be a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business partners with fact-based data.
• Advanced computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Team player across levels, functions, and reporting lines

Reporting to the Head of Teaching and Curriculum, you will design, develop and implement high quality enrichment programmes that meet the learning needs of children. You will also be expected to take on curriculum duties.

• Work with Head of Teaching and Curriculum to ensure that curriculum and lesson delivery is aligned with MOE’s learning goals
• Teach, coach, and support children; nurturing their enthusiasm towards learning
• Assess work, provide appropriate feedback and track the progress of children

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year & above on relevant teaching or writing experience. Fresh graduates are welcome

Introduce and promote labwares and consumables and general equipment product lines, garnering market awareness as stipulated by the management in terms of given demographics, industry and technological sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan selling activities for the assigned territories, identify potential clients through research, networking, and various prospecting methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
• Work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
• Effectively present and demonstrate the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
• Discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of client’ orders.
• Coordinate with the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments to ensure full client satisfaction and convey customer feedback for improvements.
• Effectively make use of “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed of market developments, competitors’ activities and products’ information to remain competitive and effective in addressing customers and their needs.
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Biotechnology / Medical Technology / Lifesciences / Food Technology / Biomedical / Sciences related
• At least 1 year of Sales related experience
• Strong presentation skills and eloquent
• Team player and hands-on in initiatives and projects
• Thrive on challenges, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

The Role:

• Prospect, develop and drive sales plans to promote and sell laboratory reagents, consumables and equipment to the institution (universities and institutes) market
• Manage key accounts and identify new customers
• Evaluate customer needs and market competition
• Manage sales strategies to improve market share and profitability for the business
• Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales trends
• Report market trends of new & existing products in the local market
• Develop SPD Scientific company image in the market as a reliable partner for all their needs

The Pre-requisites:

• Tertiary education in Scientific field
• Prior sales/lab experience in Industrial testing laboratories is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels
• Team player with the ability to work independently
