Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system designs, processes, and requirements.
• Work with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project progress.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct performance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor or Manager.

Job Qualification:

• At least Diploma in Art & Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related filed.
• 3 years of experience in systems design, analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in system design and analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
