Responsibilities:

• Solution Selling for Mobile & Web Application.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities in Singapore market.
• Develop plans and sales strategies to increase branding and market share.
• Prepare sales presentations and solution demonstration.
• Prepare Sales proposal.
• Work with Marketing team to develop sales campaigns to target vertical industry.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and generate timely sales report.

Job requirements:

• Experience in Software Solution Selling
• Good working attitude and communication skills.
• Minimum 4 years Software Sales experience
• IT background preferred.

Note: Experience in flavours or food ingredients sales is mandatory.

The Regional Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding market presence within the assigned region. This role involves developing strategic business plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the flavor industry, strong sales acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential markets, partnerships, and clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify trends and opportunities.

Sales Leadership:

• Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and providing solutions to their challenges.
• Develop and implement account management plans to maximize business opportunities and deepen customer relationships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and support for business development and sales initiatives.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt business development and sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions to senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business development and sales within the flavor or food ingredients industry.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the flavor industry.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Job Descriptions:

· Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.

· Assist the line manager to recruit, training, enumerating, and retaining a competent sales team.

· Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.

· Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.

· Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.

· Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.

· Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing great work ethic, habits, personal character, and professional character.

· Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.

· Controlling company marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget.

· Attend trade shows and other marketing events and represent the organization.

· Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.

· Identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization.

· Ensure the items are displayed correctly in the malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.

· Sales Supervisor Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

Requirements:

· Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

· Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in selling.

· Skills & Attributes: Quick learner with a passion for sales, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Customer Focus: Results-driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

· Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
